If the application does not install, look for an information bar at the top of your page (pictured below). Click on it and then select 'Install ActiveX Control.' Proceed as directed.

(NOTE: Alternate "Basic" Uploader is not recommended.)

 

 

If problem persists, clear your temporary internet files* using the instructions below, then reattempt.

Internet Explorer:

Click Tools > Internet Options and click 'Delete' under 'Browsing History.' Then click 'Delete Files' under the Temporary Internet Files heading. Re-attempt step 1.

 

 

Additional Step (if problem persists)

In the 'Delete Browsing History' window, click 'Delete All' at bottom, and check the box next to "Also files and settings stored by add-ons." Re-attempt step 1.

Firefox:

Click Tools > Clear Private Data. Select the following options and 'Clear Private Data Now.'

Re-attempt step 1.

NOTE: If you use more than one browser, you may need to delete the temp files in both applications in order for the uploader to refresh.
