u Double-click My Computer

u Right-click Bob's Photo CD

u Select Explore.

Choose Thumbnails or Filmstrip from the View menu and double-click an image to open it in your favorite image application.

If you already have Photo Finale installed, simply insert your PhotoCD  or memory card and choose 'Get Photos or Videos using Photo Finale' from the windows task list, or open Photo Finale from your desktop.
